Refund Policy

This policy outlines refund eligibility for projects undertaken by Lalit Bahel.
Deposit
The initial deposit paid to begin a project is non-refundable once work has started. The deposit covers time spent on discovery, research, planning, and initial design work.
During the Project
If you need to cancel a project after it has started but before final delivery, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed to that point. The amount refunded is determined by the percentage of the project scope not yet completed.
After Final Delivery
No refunds are issued after final files have been delivered and approved. If you are not satisfied with the delivered work, please raise any concerns before approving the final delivery so they can be addressed through the revision process.
Exceptions
If the project was not started and no work has been completed, a full refund of any amount paid will be issued.

To request a refund, contact hello@lalitbahel.com with your project details and reason for the request. All refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
