By hiring me for design, web, or automation services, you agree to the following terms.
Services
Services are provided as described in the project proposal or agreement communicated via email or Upwork. Scope changes after the project has started may be subject to additional charges.
Payment
A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final files are delivered. Payment terms are specified in each project proposal.
Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as stated in the proposal. Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed scope may be billed at an hourly or per-revision rate.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final delivered files. Source files remain the property of Lalit Bahel unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work-in-progress files are not transferred.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project unless written permission is given to disclose it.
Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through mutual agreement or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels in India.
